In his leisure time, Alex stays active, participating in local AFL, Cricket, and Rugby. He values socialising with friends and family and finds relaxation in gardening, camping and fishing.

Lorenzo is passionate about empowering clients to improve health, manage chronic conditions, and optimise performance through personalised, evidence-based exercise programs. With over 10 years in strength training and clinical settings, he’s supported individuals across type 1 diabetes management, osteoporosis rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and athletic development.
His extensive background includes work in private clinics, community clinics, and mentoring students, enabling him to apply expertise in human movement to promote recovery, enhance functional capacity, and sustain lifelong fitness.
Growing up, Lorenzo studied piano for eight years, trained in tap, ballet, and hip-hop dance, and earned an orange belt in karate—disciplines that instilled discipline, creativity, and resilience, and continue to influence his holistic approach to movement.
Outside of work, Lorenzo deepens his own training in the gym—staying current on techniques and trends he can share with clients—and enjoys catching up with family, friends and his partner.

With over 5 years of experience working across diverse clinical populations including disability, chronic disease, and mental health, Eleni thrives on helping individuals overcome challenges and return to the activities that bring them joy. She strives in supporting clients to reach their goals, whether it’s regaining independence, improving fitness, or maintaining lifelong wellness.
Believing that everybody moves differently, Eleni takes a personalised approach to exercise prescription. She tailors each program to suit her clients’ unique needs, ensuring they feel supported, capable, and confident in every step of their journey.
Her professional background spans community health, private practice, leisure centres, gyms, and student mentoring, reflecting her commitment to ongoing growth and making a positive impact in every setting.
